Create an account and save your login details
Select “Start Free” above to open the KekeVPN user panel's account creation page. Enter a username and password as prompted. No email address is required. You’ll use the username to sign in later, so choose one that’s easy for you to recognize and unlikely to be confused with another account. Set a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager. Don’t post it in public forums.
After submitting the form, follow the panel prompts to open your account overview. If you’re taken back to the login page, sign in with the username and password you saved. You’ve completed this step once you can see your account details. Take a moment to locate “Account Overview,” “Plans,” and “Download Client.” You’ll use the same panel for the steps ahead—there’s no need to find another download site or ask a stranger for a subscription.
Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Access to the panel doesn’t mean your account has usable data or that a client is connected. Next, choose a billing option and check your plan status after payment. If you already have an account, sign in from the navigation menu; there’s no need to create another one just because you’re switching devices.
Start FreeChoose a plan and check the order status
Open the Plans section in the user panel and think about how you’ll use the service. If you regularly visit international websites, use AI tools daily, or stream video, consider a monthly subscription. If your usage is occasional and you want data to remain available for later, consider a data package. The main difference is how the data allowance is replenished, not how you use the client. Whichever you choose, follow the import steps later on this page.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They don’t expire and remain available until used. If you’re unsure, estimate your needs based on what you actually access rather than choosing a data tier based only on the number of devices.
After choosing a plan, check its name, billing method, and amount on the order, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as prompted. Once the payment page confirms completion, return to the user panel and check that your order and account overview have updated. If the status is still processing, refresh and check the existing order before creating another one. If you need help, submit the details in a panel ticket.
All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but data usage across them counts toward the same account allowance. KekeVPN offers a 7-day refund policy; see the refund policy for application details. Once you’ve confirmed that your plan is active, get your subscription from the account overview. This helps avoid mistaking a billing issue for a client problem.
Choose a planGet your subscription and prepare your client
Return to the account overview and find the subscription section. The panel may offer options to copy your subscription or open it in a client. Choose whichever option is available. The subscription link lets your client retrieve the route configuration available to your account. It isn’t a regular website homepage or a document to read in your browser. Don’t use the panel URL in your browser’s address bar in place of the subscription link.
If you choose to copy the link, leave it on your clipboard and switch to the client to paste it. Import it promptly so you don’t overwrite the link by copying something else. If the panel opens the client for you, your browser may ask whether to allow the app to open. Confirm that it’s the client you just installed before continuing. If nothing happens, check that the client is installed and running, then try again from the panel or use the copy option instead.
Your subscription contains account-related access credentials, so protect it like a password. Don’t include the full link in screenshots, public documents, or support tickets. When describing a problem, you’ll usually only need to provide the client name, error message, and step where it occurred. If you think your subscription has been exposed, check whether the panel offers a reset option or ask support through a ticket. After getting a new subscription, update it on all your devices.
Next, open the download section to get a KekeVPN client. After signing in, Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux users can download a client without purchasing a plan; an active service is still required to connect. The iOS download has separate conditions: the panel provides the link only to accounts with a purchased, unexpired plan. Follow the panel prompts. This page doesn’t provide direct download links, so the download source matches what the panel offers.
Import a client for your platform
The client reads your subscription and establishes the network connection; the subscription alone won’t change how your device accesses the internet. Install the client first, add the configuration, then connect. If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it. Otherwise, choose an option that imports and updates a subscription link rather than entering server details one by one.
Windows
Download the KekeVPN client for Windows from the panel, install it, and open the app. Find the subscription, configuration management, or similarly named section. Choose the option to add from a link, paste the subscription copied from the account overview, and save it. If asked for a name, choose one that’s easy to recognize. This is a local label and won’t affect the subscription.
After updating, check that the route list appears, then select the configuration you just added. If the panel supports direct import, you can also open the client from your browser, but make sure the configuration appears in the app. If your device asks for network permission the first time you connect, verify the app’s source and follow the prompt. Don’t assume the connection is working just because the app has opened.
macOS
Choose the KekeVPN client for macOS in the panel and follow the download section’s instructions to install it. The first time you open it, follow the system prompts for app and network permissions. If you have questions about the installation, first check the download source and system prompts. Don’t disable system security settings to run a file from an unknown source.
In the app, open the subscription or configuration page and paste the link using an option such as “Import from URL,” then save and update it. If your browser asks whether to open the app, confirm that it’s the intended client. Once the route list appears, set the subscription as the active configuration and connect. Follow the client’s instructions if system permission is required; there’s no need to change unrelated network settings in advance.
Android
Sign in to the panel to get the KekeVPN Android client, then follow your device's installation prompts. Open the app and find the configuration, subscription management, or add subscription option. You can copy the link from the panel first, then choose the option to add from a link in the client. Before pasting, check your clipboard to avoid adding a plan page URL or explanatory text by mistake.
Save the configuration and refresh. When the route list appears, choose a route. The first time you connect, your device will usually ask you to confirm the VPN connection. Verify that the request comes from the client you’re using, then continue. If the app frequently disconnects in the background, check your device’s background and battery settings for the app. Allow it to keep running if needed; there’s no need to change every system setting at once.
iOS
First, check the iOS client option in the panel’s download section. The panel shows the download conditions; your account needs an active, unexpired plan. If you’re eligible, use the App Store link provided by the panel. Don’t install configuration profiles from unknown sources or look for replacement subscriptions on public websites.
After installation, use the compatible import option provided by the panel, or open the client’s subscription or configuration section and paste the link. Option names vary between apps, but the goal is to add a remote configuration that can be updated. Save and refresh the routes, then allow the VPN configuration when prompted by your device. Return to the client, confirm the imported subscription is selected, and test the connection.
For Linux, get the appropriate client from the panel and follow the download instructions to install it and import your subscription. On any platform, updating the configuration and connecting are separate actions: the update retrieves the route list, while connecting starts using the selected route.
Connect to a route and verify access
Choose an exit route that matches the region you need to access, then connect. For your first session, keep the client’s recommended default mode. Don’t change routing rules, DNS, and other advanced options all at once. If another proxy app is also managing your network connection, pause any connections you don’t need to avoid conflicts with system network settings and make the results easier to assess.
First, check that the client shows a connected status. Then open My IP and refresh the lookup to compare the exit information before and after connecting. Note that rule-based routing may send only specified traffic through the route, so the lookup result also depends on your current rules. Exit information can be a useful indicator, but it can’t prove that all app traffic uses the same exit or that a particular service will work.
Next, open the website or app you actually want to use. Refresh the page and try a real action, such as opening the site, loading content, or checking that the app responds. Streaming catalogs, AI tool eligibility, and account regions may also be affected by the target platform’s rules. A successful network connection doesn’t guarantee access to every feature on the platform. Check the actual result for your current route, account, and target service.
If the route list is empty, return to the configuration page and check whether the subscription updated successfully. If routes are listed but the connection fails, check your plan status, available data, and system network permissions, then try another route. If the client says it’s connected but the target website won’t open, first check that your local network is working, then try a different exit. Change one thing at a time to make it easier to identify the cause.
If the issue persists, use a user panel support ticket to describe your device platform, the client message, whether the problem occurred during import or connection, and what you’ve already tried. Hide your subscription and private account details before sharing screenshots. You don’t need to learn every protocol in advance. Once you’ve followed the steps on this page, see the plan selection guide to compare when IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections may be suitable.
