Service and Scope

KekeVPN provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Refer to the user panel and client for the specific egress locations and route types available.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships for third-party websites, streaming platforms or AI tools. Access to a destination service remains subject to its regional policies, account status and own rules. Route lists may change due to maintenance or network conditions, and coverage does not mean every egress location will always be available.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your password, subscription address and login credentials secure. Do not publish them or let others use them. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used abnormally, change your password promptly and request help through a user panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's personal use on their own or authorized devices; it does not permit account sharing, distributing subscriptions to others, reselling routes or operating a public proxy service. Usage across all devices is counted toward the same account's data allowance.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the billing method and data allowance before choosing. Compliant Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region their activities involve, as well as the rules of destination websites. The service must not be used for fraud, invading others' privacy, infringing intellectual property, distributing illegal content, accessing systems without authorization or disrupting network operations.

Do not send malicious software, launch attacks, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use automated requests to harm routes or disrupt other users' normal use. Users are responsible for their own access, publishing and transmission activities. KekeVPN provides network connectivity and does not obtain authorization to use third-party content on a user's behalf.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on local networks, carrier routing, device configuration, destination services and maintenance schedules. KekeVPN does not guarantee access at all times, in all locations or to all third-party services, nor does the result of a single connection guarantee ongoing performance.

If you encounter a fault, first check your local connection and switch to another available route, then describe the issue in a ticket. Impacts caused by changes to third-party services or by your own configuration are assessed according to their actual cause. Service issues caused by KekeVPN will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant policies. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates these terms by using the service unlawfully, reselling or sharing a subscription, attacking the service or misusing credentials, KekeVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account or terminate the service according to the level of risk. In urgent situations, necessary restrictions may be applied first to prevent further harm, followed by a review.

Any action taken should be proportionate to the conduct and its impact. If you dispute a restriction, submit an explanation through a user panel ticket and request a review. Orders and refund disputes after account termination are handled under applicable law and the refund policy; account restrictions alone do not determine refund eligibility.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

KekeVPN may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements or improvements to its rules, and will indicate the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect account use or subscription benefits will be explained through an on-site notice or a user panel message. The relevant notice will specify when changes take effect, and a page update alone will not reduce benefits already confirmed for an order.
